Daniel Keller leads Everforth ECS’ Defense Enterprises, with responsibility for the Department of War’s (DoW) Fourth Estate, including the Defense Health Agency (DHA), as well as the company’s open-source intelligence (OSINT) portfolio. In this role, he oversees teams of experts focused on applying emerging technologies to complex national security and defense challenges facing the DoW.

Most recently, Mr. Keller served as acting head of Everforth ECS’ Global Defense business unit, where he led executives and program managers responsible for strategy, growth, and solution delivery across a broad portfolio of mission-critical programs. Previously, he led service delivery teams focused on data and AI within the Defense and Intel market segment. Under his leadership, Everforth ECS delivered innovative AI, OSINT, and IT solutions to customers across the DoW, IC, and broader federal market. In 2025, he received the WashingtonExec Chief Officer Award for Artificial Intelligence Executive of the Year.

Before joining Everforth ECS in 2019 as deputy program manager and chief of staff for the Apollo Program, Mr. Keller served in numerous U.S. Army and Army Reserve staff and command assignments. These included chief of staff of the 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in San Antonio, Texas; chief of staff of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command — Operational Command Post at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait; and brigade commander of the 1189th Transportation Surface Brigade in North Charleston, S.C.

Mr. Keller holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans and a master’s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College.
